Yvette Iturrino brings over 20+ years of experience in Real Estate & Finance. She has a background in Mortgage Finance and mortgage closings. Yvette also has an excellent skill set in negotiating on behalf of the client.

Yvette has 11+ years experience as a commercial property manager and administrator, sales and leasing agent. Born and raised in New York, Yvette moved to Orlando, Florida in 1998 where she successfully opened and operated two companies with her husband.

Yvette, a former Mortgage Broker and Mobile Notary Closer, owned and operated her company for 8 years. She along with her husband successfully turned their mobile closing business to a National Mobile Notary Signing Company. Yvette has been on all aspects of the Real Estate business from collection and skip tracing experience on behalf of banks, to mortgage finance, real estate closings, sales,leasing and property management. She brings an awesome wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit all parties involved.

Yvette and Jesus work as a team, they now operate Xclusive Realty Management LLC which primary focus is commercial property management, association management and property preservation and foreclosure services.
